Season chicken with salt,pepper then flour lightly.
Heat skillet with olive oil (2 tablespoons) and brown chicken then set aside
Add remaining oil to skillet and quickly saute mushrooms, zucchini ,onion, green pepper, garlic, oregano, and rosemary.
Stir constantly 3-4 min.
Return chicken to skillet, pour tomato sauce over everything and simmer until chicken is desired tenderness
Serve over whatever you like most
