Step:

  1. Lay your fresh oregano out on a flat surface and wait 3 days

  2. Preheat oven to 200F

  3. Destem leaves from the stem

  4. Spread leaves out on a cookie sheet

  5. Bake 20 minutes or until crumbled in hand (I'm 4500 ft elevation so it may take you longer)

  6. Cool

  7. Store in zip lock bag or airtight container
