Step:

  1. Aioli -- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate.

  2. Spray grill rack with nonstick coating.

  3. Rinse Tilapia with cold water; pat dry with paper towels.

  4. Combine spices and sprinkle on both sides of filets.

  5. Place on heated grill 4 to 5 inches from a hot fire.

  6. Cook for 4-5 minutes per 1/2 inch measured at thickest point, turning once halfway through cooking time.

  7. Serve with aioli

  2. 1 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  3. 6 clove Garlic, pressed
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  6. 3/4 tsp tarragon
  7. 2 lb Tilapia fillets
  8. Rub
  9. 1 tsp onion powder
  10. 1 tsp garlic powder
  11. 1 tsp ground cumin
  12. 2 tbsp chili powder
