Step:
Combine oats, cinnamon, vanilla, apple, water, and milk in a pot
Cook for 5-10 minutes over low heat until thick and creamy
Add a little extra milk or water if needed
Serve into bowl and top with flaxseed or chia
A little ground hazelnut sprinkled on top is good too

1/2 apple, grated with skin
1/2 cup milk (rice, almond, soy, coconut)
1 pinch cinnamon
1 dash vanilla
1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia
