Step:

  1. Combine oats, cinnamon, vanilla, apple, water, and milk in a pot

  2. Cook for 5-10 minutes over low heat until thick and creamy

  3. Add a little extra milk or water if needed

  4. Serve into bowl and top with flaxseed or chia

  5. A little ground hazelnut sprinkled on top is good too

  2. 1 1/2 cup water
  3. 1/2 apple, grated with skin
  4. 1/2 cup milk (rice, almond, soy, coconut)
  5. 1 pinch cinnamon
  6. 1 dash vanilla
  7. 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia
