Brown hamburger, and drain well.
Place one or two slices of cheese in the center of the tortilla.
Put 2 or 3 tablespoons of hamburger on top of cheese.
Fold the bottom and top and then the sides of the tortilla.
Brown the filled tortilla in a skillet with a small amount of cooking oil.
Keep heat low to medium, place tortilla crease down to avoid unwrapping while browning.
Serve with sour cream, salsa, and diced peppers.
Tortilla can be unwrapped and topped with the "extras."
