Preheat oven to 400°F.
Whisk together your egg whites,water, and preferred seasoning.
With a syringe, fill each muffin cup of non-stick muffin tin with approximately 2.5 ml. of egg white mixture. It should be just enough to cover the bottom.
Sprinkle a small pitch of favorite cheese onto each egg white.
Bake for 15 minutes to acquire a good crunch without burning, but check them every few minutes.
Remove from oven once they are at your preferred crunch.
Enjoy with preferred low- carb dip.
