Step:

  1. Soak tamarind in water for 15 minutes.

  2. Now take oil in pan add whole red chilli and cumin seeds fry for 2 minutes in low heat then add soaked tamarind with water and seeds if u want to remove seeds that will also better.Add sugar,salt,red chilli powder now cover it up cook for 10 minutes at low heat.

  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. 2 red whole chilli
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  6. 2 tbsp sugar or brown sugar
  7. 3 pinch salt
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
