Sprinkle sugar over the egg white in a large bowl
Add the vinegar and the boiling water
Whisk until egg white stiff and fluffy. This takes a bit of 'elbow grease' but you can use and electric whisk.
You can choose to bake the meringue as big dollops in the oven or use in a recipe. If you baking spoonfuls of meringue I use a low temperature about 100C for a about 1hour
