Weigh out linseed you need to use
You can either grind using a mortar & pestle which is supposed to be better (I struggled) or use a blender which takes less than a minute.
There, you now have flaxseed. Kerp in airtight bag, i use my old flaxseed bag. Serve in porridge yoghurt salads or bread recipes, soups as you would normal flaxseed. You can grind nuts up and also mix them in...save those pennies ☺
