Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium to high heat and add the bacon pieces and cook for 5 minutes or until browned , once bacon is cooked remove and drain on paper towel .
Now add the dice onion and capsicum to the pan you fried the bacon in and cook the onion and capsicums for 5 minutes , stirring often , then add the can of condensed tomato soup , the BBQ sauce , the vinegar and the half cup of water and stir well to combine all thoroughly . Cover and simmer for 15 minutes , stirring occasionally .
After the 15 minutes of simmering , add the precooked bacon pieces to the sauce mix and heat through thoroughly .
Serve warm or cold the choice is yours .
Keep in an airtight container , bottle or jar in the fridge , at must be used within 3 days of making it .
