Step:

  1. set oven to broil,at 400F,dice the shallots, garlic,onion,and the red bell pepper, about a quarter cup of each,place all together in a bowl,drizzle with olive oil,season with salt and pepper,add lemon juice,I prefer lemons,but lemon juice in a bottle will do.Cover veggies with saran wrap, place in fridge

  2. take the tilapia and drizzle with olive oil&fish sauce,season with Chinese five seasoning,salt and pepper

  3. take a skillet and spray with Pam or Crisco cooking spray, place fish in pan,cover with a lid,place in oven for 20 minutes,depending on the fillet and size of the fish,

  4. make sure you put the rice on first,depending if it's minute rice or not,your choice

  5. when finished,remove tilapia from the pan,and plate it,remove veggies from fridge and spoon some on top of the tilapia,sprinkle a few chives on top,drizzle with fish sauce season rice with a pinch of five seasonings,plate the rice, and enjoy
