Salt and pepper both sides of the chops.
Combine flour with cayenne pepper, seasoned salt and pepper. Dredge each chop in the flour mix.
Heat oil over medium to medium high heat. Add butter. When butter is melted, and oil is hot, cook 3 pork chops at a time, 2-3 mins on first side. Flip, cook another 1-2 mins or until golden brown. Repeat until finished and serve.
