In a small bowl, combine all herbs and olive oil.
Place fish on large piece of foil.
Baste fish with oil and herbs mixture.
Place sliced lemon over fish and pour water and any remaining mixture on fish.
Wrap foil securely around fish, leaving space for fish to expand.
Grill over medium high heat for about 12 minutes or until fish is flakey. May also be baked in a 375F oven for about 12 minutes. Approximate preparation time 30 minutes
