first, wash peppers. cut off tops. for those who are experienced with a paring knife use it to remove ribs and seeds from peppers. for beginners, use a vegetable peeler. the curved blade will help to keep from puncturing the outside
add cooked meat to a food chopper amd pulse until chopped fine
mix meat woth rest of ingredients in a bowl
i use a cake decorating gun to stuff peppers. (pic in my profile). stuff all peppers.
bake in oven at 400 for 45 min. place rack on a baking sheet in case some fall out
