Step:

  1. first, wash peppers. cut off tops. for those who are experienced with a paring knife use it to remove ribs and seeds from peppers. for beginners, use a vegetable peeler. the curved blade will help to keep from puncturing the outside

  2. add cooked meat to a food chopper amd pulse until chopped fine

  3. mix meat woth rest of ingredients in a bowl

  4. i use a cake decorating gun to stuff peppers. (pic in my profile). stuff all peppers.

  5. bake in oven at 400 for 45 min. place rack on a baking sheet in case some fall out

  6. eat. mmmmm


Ingredients

  1. 20 jalapeno peppers, large and strait
  2. 4 slice of bacon, fried crispy and drained
  3. 4 oz deer meat. diced, browned, and drained.
  4. 8 oz cream cheese
  5. 1/4 cup grated mozzarella
  6. 2 tbsp grated parmesan romano cheese
  7. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  8. 1/2 tsp pepper
  9. 1 tbsp fresh minced basil
