Make sure dough hook is in the breadmaker
Add wholemeal flour, plain four to the breadmaker pan
Put the bicarbonate of soda in 1 corner
Put salt in another corner
Pour the buttermilk in the middle on top
Using the rapid programme start the machine. Mine takes 1 hr 50 minutes,
After about 5 minutes check the machine and carefully scrape down the sides then lout dough on top of other & let machine run.
When machine has finished carefully turn out take dough hook out and leave to cool before slicing.
