In mixing bowl, blend flour, yeast and salt.
Add water and oil, blend into soft dough ball.
Knead in bowl with dough hook or by hand about 4 minutes .
Place in another bowl and let rest 15 minutes.
In a 15" by 10" greased baking tray,sprinkle with corn meal.
Press dough into pan. Take a fork and prick dough all over before baking in preheated 475°F oven.
Bake five minutes. Take out of oven and cover with vegies, seasonings. Drizzle the oil and vinegar over top.
Lower oven to 425, bake an additional 15-20 minutes. Cut into serving sizes and enjoy!
NOTE dough can be temperamental, when kneading you may need more flour or even a touch of water to get dough to a smooth ball state.
