Step:

  1. In mixing bowl, blend flour, yeast and salt.

  2. Add water and oil, blend into soft dough ball.

  3. Knead in bowl with dough hook or by hand about 4 minutes .

  4. Place in another bowl and let rest 15 minutes.

  5. In a 15" by 10" greased baking tray,sprinkle with corn meal.

  6. Press dough into pan. Take a fork and prick dough all over before baking in preheated 475°F oven.

  7. Bake five minutes. Take out of oven and cover with vegies, seasonings. Drizzle the oil and vinegar over top.

  8. Lower oven to 425, bake an additional 15-20 minutes. Cut into serving sizes and enjoy!

  9. NOTE dough can be temperamental, when kneading you may need more flour or even a touch of water to get dough to a smooth ball state.

  6. 1 tbsp olive oil

  9. 1/2 red pepper , sliced
  10. 1 small onion, sliced
  11. 1 cup fresh spinach
  12. 1/2 cup olives
  13. 3 tbsp olive oil
  14. 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  15. 1 tsp salt, garlic powder, oregano, ground pepper
  16. 3 tsp cornmeal
