preheat oven to 350
combine sugar butter in bowl. beat with mixer at medium speed until well blended
add banana, milk, sour cream, and egg whites
weigh or lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, level with knife.
combine flour, bAking soda, salt, stirring with whisk
add flour mixture, best just til blended...do not over beat.
spoon batter into 9 x 5 metal loaf pan covered with cooking spray
bake 350 for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
cool in pan 10 minutes. remove from pan and cool on wire rack
place half and half and chocolate in microwaveable bowl
microwave at high for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds or until chocolate melts stirring until smooth
cool slightly and drizzle over bread
